"Okay place to stay. No free parking to speak of, otherwise it's a short walk away. Room is a good size. Basic amenities inside, there is a dining room connected which seemed welcoming and pleasant although I did not use this. I would happily stay again when in Oakham."

"Great tent for family. Much more comfortable for sleeping than in a standard tent. Communal areas good do with a spruce. "

"The staff and the welcome they provided were excellent as was the pub grub. The rooms are in need of some refurbishment as they look a little worn out in appearance. The TV was so small it seemed better to watch the news on my phone"

"This was not what we expected. The description said there was a bathroom - there wasn’t. It said there were three rooms it was only two the heating was inadequate. There was no instructions for cooker which was set too low. "

"Outstanding! One of the best equipped places I’ve stayed in. Located right in the centre with easy access to restaurants and shops. It’s a few minutes walk from Tesco and car parks are a few minutes walk away. House has no parking but it’s free between 6pm to 8pm and the first hour is free between those hours. House is lovely and over three stories and I will definitely use it again. "

"Very nice property with comfortable beds. The only slight issue is the lack of parking but there is street parking 100 yds away"

"We had a lovely break in the Townhouse It was very convenient for sightseeing and very clean and well appointed. The only criticism would be that the property is let for 6 people (although there were 4 in our group) but there was only comfortable seating for 3 in the lounge."
