"A very nice location: just a short drive to downtown St. Joseph and the 94. Very quiet and seems like a family-oriented hotel. The hotel is dated, but looks like renovations are taking place. The pool area is highly chlorinated, good for keeping germs away but bad for the eyes and lungs. Overall, 8 out of 10. "

They initially didn't comply so my husband reached out to staff again. The staff promptly followed up and the guests were quiet.
