"This is a very cozy and quiet place in the South Bend area about 10 minutes from Notre Dame. There are horses on property which are nice to look at and thick woods behind. The house is fully loaded with everything you need, towels, pots and pans, cooking utensils, glasses, etc. There is even a grill on the porch. The tv has basic channels, and the wifi is strong and reliable. The owner is a nice lady and will try to assist with whatever accommodations you need. It can easily sleep a large...

"The property itself, the outdoor areas and the main house were incredible. An absolutely beautiful location and view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, however, we did have a few challenges. The stove was broken the entire weekend and while the property manager reached out and sent someone to fix it the first day, the technician wasn’t able to and they never followed up when I let them know it was still broken. We also were informed that there were 2 propane tanks on the property and we showed up...

"This was our second stay at the property, and it is lovely. The views are glorious and it is a nice space for a family of 5. The down side is that this home is showing signs of wear in the two years since we were first there. The bathroom was quite musty, screen in the bathroom and ceiling fans were covered in dust, the remote was out of batteries, and the mattresses are very, very soft. Everything else was quite clean. "What a perfect location! Close to Dowagiac, which was very charming, it is right on the lake, easy traveling with good roads (a huge plus in the winter) and winter sports near by. The home was immaculate. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. Plenty of room to gather and space to break up into groups. Just lovely. "
