"The property itself, the outdoor areas and the main house were incredible. An absolutely beautiful location and view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, however, we did have a few challenges. The stove was broken the entire weekend and while the property manager reached out and sent someone to fix it the first day, the technician wasn’t able to and they never followed up when I let them know it was still broken. We also were informed that there were 2 propane tanks on the property and we showed up...

"This was our second stay at the property, and it is lovely. The views are glorious and it is a nice space for a family of 5. The down side is that this home is showing signs of wear in the two years since we were first there. The bathroom was quite musty, screen in the bathroom and ceiling fans were covered in dust, the remote was out of batteries, and the mattresses are very, very soft. Everything else was quite clean. The resort is great with lots of activities, and the sand toys and games...

"What a perfect location! Close to Dowagiac, which was very charming, it is right on the lake, easy traveling with good roads (a huge plus in the winter) and winter sports near by.
