This was our first trip to. New Buffalo. It was pretty near perfect until our car was broken into and my purse was stolen. That was a terrible thing but not normal for NB. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating!!They allowed us to park in a special spot because of the damage to our vehicle and even helped to keep an eye on it overnight. Since we had no choice but to head home the next morning, we asked if they could grant us forgiveness for the early checkout. They did and it really helped renew my faith in the goodness of people after experiencing such a traumatic event. Thanks NB Holiday Inn for understanding!

We were a bit skeptical at first as we usually stay at higher end hotels but we were very pleased, staff was friendly, room was very clean and nice. Only disappointment was no fridge in the room. Within 5 minutes to downtown New Buffalo so location was good. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you!!

Great stay!!
We arrived to the hotel and we were greeted by a friendly gentleman that ask our how evening was as he checked us in. The room was nice and clean, bed linens were comfortable, 4 pillows on each bed was nice. The next morning we went to the dining area for breakfast. Great choices for breakfast, food was fresh and hot!! The ladies manning the breakfast area were friendly and kept everything clean and tidy as people made their way to the breakfast area. Location was convenient to both the casinos and shopping. We were very satisfied with our stay and will return for future visits.
