"Checking in was easy. Staff was pleasant. The entire hotel is clean and actually smells extremely clean. The room is really nice and the handicap shower is really cool! They have two elevators one was down the entire trip. And on my final day to check out I waited for 15 minutes while housekeeping was trying to get the elevator to come up for me it kept going out. So now two elevators are gone. When I got to the front desk to notify the lady like housekeeping instructed me to, that rude woman...

"The room smelled a bit like cigarettes, and it got stronger as the night went on. There was a cigarette burn in the top sheet, too. The staff was welcoming and professional. The bedframes looked new."
