"My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in Galena. We were pleasantly surprised y the hotel. It was conveniently located and the staff were all nice. They were likely understaffed but service was still good. The breakfast was tasty and the amenities were nice. "

"This property is so convenient when I am visiting my grandson and his family. It is always clean. The staff are wonderful. Even a young man who was new was very kind and explained everything he was doing, and apologized for delay, which was minimal. Nice staff. "

"Large, clean lobby entrance. Accommodates those with larger luggage. A comfortable place to sit to read or watch television. Polite, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff at check in. Clean rooms and a reasonable price. Good water pressure which is always a criteria of mine. Have stayed here multiple times while visiting relatives and attending events. Large parking lot and easy to find just off roadway. Eateries close by. Sparse breakfast offerings but can find something to enjoy. "
