"Close to Wintergreen ski resort in quiet spot out of chaos.Simplistic & cozy cabin. Sleeps 4 adults but lots of space for blow ups & have 3 more guests. Bring extra blankets if you sleep with more than one. Clean. No issues. Nice getaway to hike, read, paint, bird, ski or just reset. Loved it! "

"This was a great home for our family to spend Thanksgiving. Plenty of space for everyone and we loved the open floor plan of the main level. Home was decorated nicely and had everything we needed, plus many special touches. Wish we could have enjoyed the deck but we were limited on time and weather. The trail to the waterfall is a must do... a nice quick little hike. If you're leary on renting as a "new" listing on VRBO, I realized this home has been rented out for years and the guest book...

"Our group (5 staying on property) plus a few locals enjoyed a wonderful weekend reunion in Charlottesville. The house was perfect for a large group, not only for sleeping, but also as a base for visiting old UVA haunts, as well as dining on the downtown mall and main street (We walked to both locales - perfect location!)."

"We were extremely pleasantly surprised to realize we were actually on the resort when we got there. Originally booked somewhere else and saw this last minute and it was so easy to book, it was very easy to check in. It was a very nice place in the resort and in the condo. We were right at the slopes so we could easily take breaks through the day and go back to the room. 10/10 would recommend and I will stay here again!"

"We had four adults for a weekend getaway. The property is clean and well stocked. It is right off of I64 and within 15 min of the university and Monticello. Communication with the manager was easy and prompt. Their website is excellent with recommendations for food and activities. The only negative to this property is that it is not handicap accessible. The driveway is very steep and the stairs to the front door and upstairs are very steep. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
