The room next to me was excessively loud. There are no hotel staff so I had to use the chat feature on 3 separate occasions to try to have someone address it to no avail. Do not stay here if you want restful sleep.

I read that a lot of people did not care for the self-service check in process, and lack of front desk staff in general. While I understand their frustrations, this is no problem for a frequent traveler. Even better for an introvert. Location of the hotel is great and the atmosphere is peaceful. Rooms are clean with plenty of space.

We had a very hard time with valet parking, we paid $26 and we still have to get our own car! We were waiting for 30 minutes with no help getting to a meeting late because we didn’t have our car keys. We stayed at this hotel because it was closed to our office but we were held back because of the valet parking. They did have a homeless man sleeping in the bathroom and walking around.
