"Simple and good value for money. You can hear every sound from neighbouring rooms, but everyone seem to sleep early so the sounds are not that bothersome. The shower has small black patches (mould possibly) in a few places, but the room and bathroom are otherwise clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable though the small light from the TV can be annoying - I unplugged it at bedtime and plugged it back in when I awoke."

"My train to Lourdes was canceled due to a worker strike but, despite the language barrier, they worked with me to change my reservation to the next day with essentially no fuss or complications at all.
