"I have only excellent things to say about this calm hostel/hotel. It is a mix of rooms, apartment, and hostel. I stayed in a 4 bed bunk room. It was immaculately clean, with high quality beds, and bedding, and so spacious. Bathroom was likewise large and pristinely cleaned every day. Common area and kitchen were calm and I never had a problem being able to cook etc. Location was ideal, on a pedestrian street. If you have a car, this is not a plus. For me, it was fine. "An absolutely perfect stay. The hotel is lovely, clean, and well maintained. My room had everything I needed and the air conditioner was a bonus that worked perfectly. The staff went out of their way to help me - making sure I got breakfast before my tour, calling taxis, making recommendations etc. It’s a smidge out of the main part of town but still only a 10 minute walk or so. Would absolutely recommend. "

"Beautiful apartment. Really large and well organized. Beautiful ceilings, deck outside to eat and lounge chair to relax, even had a reading nook with pillows, really cute. The ceiling had wooden beams and the decor was amazing. They even left us a bottle of Rosé. The beds were comfy. We had our private parking. It's a little too far to walk to downtown but we had a car so we were OK. There are some cockroches in the Azores because of the humidity, one found it's way into the apartment...
