Had to walk steep stairs to the 3rd floor, of an old building, huffing n puffing, rattan on chairs tattered, dilapidated mattress, filthy bacteria laden string to pull flush, toilet cover cracked, insecure seat, lumpy pillows, old stained mirror, breakfast laid out in old plastic containers.Horrible! "Hotel not for tourists. signs warn "no one under the age of 18 permitted on premisis." Rooms are windowless, beds/sheets old. TV has only porn and crime news. Neighborhood deserted at night."
