A localização do hotel e o acesso ao por do sol no Mahi Mahi , termina superando os incomôdos que por lá existem. Precisa-se , urgentemente, tirar a banheira dos banheiros, coisa antiga e perigosa, corre-se o risco de ter um sério acidente. Na parte das garagens e no acesso ao Mahi Mahi, a deteriorização é visível. Estão instlando catracas com acesso por imagem , já não é sem tempo, pois já se fazia necessário limitar o acesso. Já fiquei várias vezes hospedado, tanto na parte do hotel, quanto na parte do "apart", sugiro prestar bastante atenção no ato da reserva, creio que alguns apartamentos já estão modernizados.
