"It was nice. The hallways echoed a bit when people were talking and walking by the room, but everything in the room was good. The breakfast room was small, so we had to take our food back to the room to eat. The selection wasn't great. Very close to Magic Mountain."

"It was a quick trip, an overnight. I checked in a little late. They were friendly and courteous. I quickly located the room, and left without going in. I stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. I did my thing and returned about 9 pm. Everything functioned as expected...slept well, and was out well before sunrise."

"We liked that it had easy access to the freeway. There were a few places to eat within walking distance and the breakfast was nice, although the coffee was barely warm at 7:00 a.m. There was fresh coffee by 7:30. The pool and hot tub were a comfortable temperature. The evening hot tub's chemicals gave us both a burning, itchy rash, but in the morning a worker had topped it off with the hose, and we went back in and then showered immediately and had no bad effects. "We stayed overnight during our visit to universal, it was very close to the park. Reading some of the reviews that says the area was sketchy I was little concerned but I would say there was nothing sketchy about the area, it is a typical LA neighborhood. Breakfast was good. Parking was very convenient for a reasonable $10 fee. Overall we were happy with our stay as a family of 4. "
