The property is in need of upgrades and refreshing. Fixtures and furniture were broke or damaged. The carpet needs replacing. It needs repainting etc. the staff was fantastic, but this was not how I expected an Embassy Suites to be. My colleagues staying at Hyatt Place had better conditions.

The staff was EXCELLENT! Excellent customer service. That being said, the noise was terrible. Yes, they are remodeling, but the noise should stop during evening hours. The screech from the elevators reverberates through every room. Take earplugs if you stay here.

Spacious rooms, good front desk service, loved the variety of foods during the complimentary breakfast. The only thing that was tough was the parking it filled up fast and sometimes we had to go around in circles to find a spot. The pool is good to have but definitely being less than 4 foot all across was hard for adults and teens to enjoy.

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was decent with a good space for a family of 5. We liked the fact that it has a kitchenette and a living space area. Embassy Suites always have a good breakfast which is the highlight of our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and shops - including the Americana at Brand, and 15-min drive to Universal Studios. We had a pleasant stay and will surely come back to stay here again next time.
