Me cambiaron de habitación 3 veces, una porque la puerta no servía, la segunda porque la habitación ya había sido usada y estaba sucia y en la tercera porque les faltaba pintar algo pero le dije que ya me dejaran así porque me urgía descansar, ya que eran las 3 de la mañana. "My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! I will definitely recommend and will return as a guest very soon !! "
