"This hotel is better than most of the same standard. The bed linen was changed every day, there was a fresh towel everyday and a new roll of toilet paper regardless as well as new bars of hotel soap. This is quite an exceptional standard for the price of the room. The deep cleaning let it down however. The pool was always looked welcoming and clean but there was nowhere to relax around the pool at all. This was definately a disappointment and I found myself looking for other places that might...

"I had a lovely stay here. As a single women traveling alone I felt very safe at this location. It was close enough to walk into the city for meals, shopping, and exploring. The boat dock is also within walking distance if you want to explore other towns. I was served coffee and breakfast every morning on the dock which was delicious. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Some of them even spoke english which I found uncommon around the lake. Highly recommend staying in one of the two...

"The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! "
