"We had a great stay at The West End. I called the property ahead of time since our check in was after hours. Heather took care of everything over the phone and gave me access codes so we could arrive and enter smoothly at 3am. The amenities were nice; equipped kitchens and nice lounging areas. I would definitely stay there again. "

Check in was easy by the app, and a quick stop at the front desk since we were in earlier than expected. "The hotel is literally right across from the airport, just minutes away. It also turned out to be immediately next to my car rental location, too, so even more convenient than I had anticipated (unfortunately, that location, just outside my room, had music blaring all day and into the night). Noisy neighbors upstairs were my main issue, but the front desk staff was helpful with the problem."
