"The payment method was not attached to our reservation, so our check in process took a long time. The front desk agent, Jakoby, was very nice and apologetic. The hotel.com agent was able to help with the payment information. "

" However, the only downside was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways, especially in the mornings. It was really overwhelming and unpleasant, making it hard to enjoy the otherwise nice environment. I hope the management can address this issue because it definitely affects the experience for non-smokers. I would consider staying again if this problem is solved."

"This is a good hotel that we got for a family in need in the area. They loved it. Of course, this is NOT A HOTEL ! So, level-set your expectations. Overall, the area was quiet and though the place was somewhat old, I saw the staff going out of their way to help. They also took good care of the place, and had the non-smoking rooms separate from the smoking rooms. For the price, this is a good deal ! "
