"There is very limited parking for this hotel and the spaces are very small. It is a downtown hotel so expect road noise all night. Try to get a room on the back of the property. Easy walking distance to Neyland stadium. Staff is helpful. Good breakfast. "

"Trivial but, the towels in the pool area could be a better quality. My daughter and I ended up using far too many to dry off as they were small and non-absorbent. It seemed to be very wasteful. The room was clean. There were some signs of aging as the walled nightstand was pulling off the wall and the heater/AC unit had a physically broken control panel (was still able to control the temperature) The breakfast was good.
