"Everything would have been great if someone would answer their phones at the front desk and if their housekeeping will not be knocking on door at 10 am when check out is 11. Otherwise excellent amenities."

"V comfy bed, would sleep in again. Nothing fancy but would return to this hotel. Parking was very expensive and the parking garage was comically tiny and hard to navigate. Hotel location was good. Front desk staff was nice. Included breakfast was decent. Elevator was so incredibly slow it was more efficient to take the seven flights of stairs. "

"This place is a great location and parking is great. There was only tea and coffee. So had to get breakfast from other places. The elevator took some figuring out and patience to get it to work. Key card hadt p be used a particular way."

"I like how it was close to public transportation (Cable cars) and block away from union square. The room was extremely clean and nice. "

"Staff is very nice and helpful. Only issue I had was the wash machine and dryer was eating my quarters and then stoped working everything else was great breakfast was good with a variety of options and the make your own waffles machine was excellent my daughter woke up just to get breakfast every morning she loves the giant waffles and the juice. Staff was nice and helpful and so was room service. clean no bugs everything works tv, ac, heater, shower and tub and sinks, toilet. Stayed for a week...
