"The staff at this location, along with the food at the cafe, make it my best hotel stay in my 7 days in Switzerland! Small and right next to Old Town it's a perfect spot for a quiet stay. The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations. The soup and salad "snack" at 4 PM was one of the highlights of my trip, so delicious! "This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"For the price and location near Interlaken stations, this property was good. We were there to hike the mountains not to stay indoors. The location above a several restaurants was noisy at night and near construction in the morning. Usual city inconveniences. "

"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."
