The ensuites are rather small. Double and family rooms are great value, spacious, warm, clean with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend as budget hotel near Paddington. "

"The very low rates, initially raised a level of scepticism, so I thought I'd take a look at some of the reviews. Quite unexpectedly, I saw so much positivity that I had to give it a go. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room size was more than adequate for my needs, all set in a pleasant leafy borough in easy walking distance from Kensington Palace, Hyde park, Portobello Road and Notting Hill. Public transport in the area was so accessible, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this...
