"Large, gorgeous hotel with so many fab amenities. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the comfy bed and room in general. And the bar and restaurant were modern and fun with a top knotch menu for an unforgettable meal. And so convenient to business, other great restaurants, etc. "

"First time staying in Redding. Hotel was quiet and conveniently located to nearby shopping/dining and local places of attraction. Room had a small kitchenette, which made it very convenient to eat within a strict meal plan/diet. Onsite breakfast was also made available to guests. Staff was incredibly nice and quick to respond to any inquiries. "

"It was good. My only suggestion is that owner should hire 2 security guards. One security person for two hotel is a stretch. He was trying to handle one issie at one hotel. And running over to help push out 2 meth heads trying to enter vacant rooms. And asking for hand outs to customers. He did a great job. But how secure is your property's if you only have one gaurd for two hotel. Not fair to your working, staff, and customers. The big picture everyone working there was great. And overall...

"Cleanliness of the hotel, convenience of being within walking distance to various restaurants and stores, proximity to the freeway exit and entrance made our travel much easier, and the ample parking available further enhanced our stay. "The facility is well located. The rooms are large and comfortable. I was disappointed with the bathrooms. We had to move from our first room to another room due to noisy occupants. The staff was very accommodating. The bathrooms need to be remodeled and/or updated. The tubs and enclosures are old. The grout was moldy in places, discolored, and cracking. The toilets are very small and so low that they are difficult to use by elderly or someone with bad knees. Otherwise, everything else was very...

"Great value. The front desk was able to accommodate my need to be on the first floor. There isn't an elevator, and I recently had hip surgery, so going up the stairs wasn't an option for me. Great service."
