"The check-in was less than great! Random dude chillin on the tailgate of his pickup pulled up in the awning area smoking cigs with front desk staff.. I had a “non-smoking” room that straightup smelled like a smoking room.. since I am a smoker.. I asked for a smoking room or if I could smoke in the one that smelled like it.. but was told NO, and there weren’t any available.. I had pets and asked for a room that might be less noisy.. I got put at the top of the stairs right by the lobby.. so...
