"Overall most of our needs were met as a group. Sleeping spaces for enough people to sleep at least 6 comfortably & then some extra pullout/futon couches available. However a few issues we came across were - the cleanliness upon arrival specifically the presence of dead or live flies at almost every window. Upstairs bedroom the flies were making noise all night at least the first night of our stay. - the water must be well water because it smelled like sulfur every time someone ran the sink...

"My husband and I and our two friends had a wonderful time here. We enjoyed our coffee around the outdoor fire pit the first morning, lounged around the kitchen table over homemade sour dough pancakes, fruit and eggs both mornings, played dominoes in the living room in the evening with the a fire going in the stone fireplace. "The place was overall comfortable, but left a little to be desired in expectation. It's the shoulder season and freezing at night. We didn't arrive until after dark and it was 53 inside. I was raised not to go to sleep with electric space heaters on, but that seemed to be the only working provision. The gas did not appear to be turned on"
