"Overall we were really happy with our stay! Clean interior, quiet neighborhood and all the essentials were provided. Wegmans grocery store is very close as well as plenty of local restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive which I really appreciated! Just an FYI: there is no direct lake view from the property other than between the houses across the street but it's easily within walking distance. This was a perfect property for a quiet, relaxing get away."

"Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We had a couple hiccups in the beginning. The A.C. unit wasnt working properly. The owner was fantastic and sent someone over immediately to take a look at it. There was also a yellow jackets nest at the front of the cabin. It sounds like this has been treated a few times but its not killing them off. This is just an FYI for anyone highly allergic to them. I think an exterminator may be needed. I do recommend if you are ise to a pillowtop mattress to...

"Our group stayed Friday night through Sunday morning. Our cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. There are multiple cottages on the property with grills, picnic tables, a communal fire pit, as well as docks if you will be bringing a boat. Rachel was very prompt at answering any questions we had. "We stayed here overnight to ski and snow tube around Ellicottville. The house served us very well except for the snow not being cleared from the front and back steps. Also, it looks like vacuuming under the beds has been overlooked. Otherwise, our party of 2 adults and five kids enjoyed our stay!"
