"The rooms were beautiful, clean and quite spacious compared to other hotel rooms. Liked that they had two shower heads, one that could be lowered to shower kids. We were on second floor and there was some road noise but I didn’t find it bad at all. The breakfast was good, there were lots of options. The downside was that the pool was freezing cold. It says it’s heated but it sure wasn’t anywhere near as warm as the other holiday inn we stayed at the night prior. The hot tub was wonderful but...

"Well there was no bugs so that was great. The refrigerator was next to the sink plugged in and that outlet didn't work so I moved it to a different outlet and ended up working. Every time I would flush the toilet I'd have to open the top of the lid for the water to come through that was kind of a hassle. When there was room service all I got was exchange of towels I didn't get anything swept mopped bed made or the bathroom cleaned I even asked but I don't think some of those people spoke...

"The pool was smaller and a dingier then the pics, rooms were a good size and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, just off the I 5, downtown was 10 mins away. Security was good, The buildings are all locked, you need your key card to get into them. And breakfast was good, they had different hot selection everyday "
