"After an 18 hour flight, I had forgotten to get cash before getting in a cab that only accepted cash. When I got to the hotel with only my credit card, the staff at the drop off did not miss a beat and escorted me to registration and promptly paid the driver. Unbelievable service to immediately fix a nightmare issue of my own making. The hotel and room are spectacular and flawless. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at."

"We ordered a fish&chips on the swimming pool, caught by the rain, tried to take back to room, but the bowl couldn’t take away which was reasonable. We just back to the room with no issues.And hotel rang us and prepared another take away fish&chips and send to our room. Appreciate for the consideration and taking care of us for such a small thing. Strong recommend, kid has kid’s slippers and and own bathrobe. Start loving Ritz Carlton "

"Comfortable, large room, convenient for airport location. Overall very satisfied because its convenient for a family with small children compared to other hotels in singapore. Also, the price is not going to break the bank for a family stay that is comfortable. Alot of activities nearby such as the water park and the shopping centre and play area for the young kids. "This property was beautiful, the lobby was the main attraction. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels. Andy at the front desk went above and beyond during our stay. The property is perfectly located and accessible to marina bay square on the 5th level which has all sorts of food halls and shopping. With easy indoor access to Suntec city. "Everything about this hotel is amazing! For sure I will be back. The service was 5 star, all my concierge requests exceeded expectations. Our check in with Tech was so wonderful we felt the warmth and welcome. The property was extremely beautiful and modern. And we absolutely love our room, the bed was so comfortable.
