"Arrived at 8pm, long line for check in, girl at front desk did excellent job for customer service but was the only one there working. She was trying to check in and take care of issues at same time. THIS TRU NEEDS MORE STAFF AT NIGHT. Got to room and tv would not come on during March madness so had to go back down and wait in line to ask about tv not working. She said multiple times that kids plug in all their accessories so I need to check all the connections because they don’t plug everything...

The hosts were very responsive and generous with the early check-in.
