"Our family trip and stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean and pet friendly. The only issue that we had was the first night there was a bunch of kids staying in the hotel and we're making a lot of noise, slamming doors, and running around the halls. "

"We booked last minute and hand noting short of an exceptional weekend. From check in to check out everything was so easy. Plenty of parking, every staff from maintenance to front desk was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean and ready, the laundry room worked perfectly. Our room was nice a clean with plenty of room, the heat and a/c worked perfectly. My only "complaints" would be the water pressure isn't very strong for the shower and the hot water peaked at luke warm at best,...

"Hotel should have staff clear snow and slush from sidewalks around and entering building. People are entering and exiting the building with their hands full with luggage or personal items. Slipping/falling risk very high and individuals may not be able to brace for a fall. "
