"Overall it was pretty good to be fair, though I think a few things could be improved. The check in was straight forward and you're given a printed sheet to put in the front of the car to cover parking in the pay & display at the rear of the building. The room was small but comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. There were fresh towels and plenty of tea & coffee. "It’s in a cute little town in a good central location for South western England. We used it for a 5 day home base to visit different locations near by. The Host, Kathryn is very nice and a great host. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Breakfast was taylored to what you wanted and very good. Highly recommend "

"Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this.
