"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesnā€™t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether youā€™re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. Itā€™s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. "

"As I stay in many corporate hotels for work purposes, staying at the Erato hotel wasnā€™t about expectations rather used it as a break away from the normal. I pleasantly surprised at the facilities within the hotel, the rooms were large and maintained really well. The pool and common areas were well kept. Staff were great always pleasant and ready to help at any time. The location is great also close to all restaurants, shops and bars. "

"Lovely owners, and a very clean apartment with a comfortable bed. Room had free water in the fridge, and Raki. The apartment complex is right on the beach, and I felt very safe walking back at night (I travelled alone). A great place to stay for a relaxing beach break! "
