"The customer agents at the receptionist desk are outrageous and very responsive to your needs. The room is small, but very clean and tidy, with fridge, iron, and microwave. The major disadvantage is very, I mean VERY loud built-in heating fan turning on/off approximately every hour. I set up a very low room temperature to prevent it from turning on at night, but still I could clearly hear those fans from other neighboring rooms.
