"The front desk staff member Caroline was exceptionally pleasant and especially in her ability to communicate in very clear French that was slow with excellent diction so that French learners could participate in the conversation."

"The property is well located right next to the Gare du Nord station which is very convenient, especially if you have early trains to take. The area is a little bit sketchy but nothing major to worry about in my perspective. The hotel itself was pretty clean and the staff was nice. I would stay again."
