"Infelizmente, tirando a localização o restante foi realmente ruim. Não tinha agua quente, roupa de cama encardida, pão dormido no Cafe da manhã, vaso sanitário com a tampa quebrada. Passei o sábado a noite com um rodo no banheiro que entupiu e água subia no ralo. Nao tinha ninguém para dar uma assistência a noite. Entramos em contato com O Hotels.com e eles falaram pra nós procurarmos um outro lugar pra ficar o que foi impossível no fim de semana de Búzios! Outra coisa, a pessoa do Chat falava...

"I paid Expedia for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from Expedia. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia . "

The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always.
