Great family hotel

It was a great stay. The hotel was exactly what we were expecting. Maybe the room was a touch smaller than we expected. The service was excellent . Everyone very friendly and helpful.

Canadian abroad

This hotel was very nice to stay in. It was clean and modern and made my stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I used google translate on my phone to communicate. A couple of the front desk staff spoke english which was helpful. The hotel is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos on the internet, but there was enough space for my needs. The little beach attached is pleasant if you want calmer waters away from the main beach. The food was great, I recommend the mashed potatos! Big breakfast! You will enjoy your stay here.

Vale a pena

Precisa só melhorar alguns pequenos pontos, como trilho do box do banheiro (fiquei no quarto 213), meu suco veio sem gelo (pq a máquina de gelo estava quebrada), e no quarto tinha alguns mosquitinhos que não sei se era pernilongo ou não. Precisa melhorar tbm a academia. Mas no geral valeu a pena.

Localização legal, mas manutenção precisa melhorar

Quarto pequeno e, assim, com pouco espaço para comportar confortavelmente um casal + um adolescente (nosso caso). A manutenção deixou muito a desejar: tivemos que mudar de quarto, porque ar condicionado e televisão na funcionavam adequadamente no cômodo original. Ponto alto do Hotel Paradiso: a localização. Ele está próximo a região de bons restaurantes e, caminhando, chega-se à Praia do Forte. A área da piscina conectada à prainha da passagem da Lagoa de Araruama é bem legal (vista bonita).
