"It was probably one of my favourite accommodations during my 2 weeks in Colombia. Wished that i had found similar type of options elsewhere. Breakfast was one of the best we had in the area, but too bad they don't have open the restaurant for dinner or lunch. "I asked to pay for a room upgrade one week ahead. I was told it was not possible without canceling my current booking and being charged the full stay. When I arrived at the property i was giving a room with 1 missing door because it broke the week prior and the main slider (floor to ceiling) would come of the hinges. If the hotel knew there was a broken door i should had been notified. I walked to another cabin the next day after i checked in to look if there cabin was the same. I took a video....
