"We liked everything. This place is amazing, it’s modern and has everything that a 5 star hotel would offer you plus you would get the most amazing view. Natalia (our host) was great from the first day we made our reservation and was very easy to communicate with her. Daniel who is the person that greeted us when we got there was great and showed us how everything works in our room/house and also brought us our breakfast in the morning (which by the way was delicious)…I would rate this place a 10...

"This hotel was great! Magnolia was there from the moment we arrived ready to offer help with anything we needed. Breakfast was provided each day and was delicious. Hotel looks just like it does in the pictures and was just perfect! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Salento! They were even able to help us with private transportation to the airport. You won’t regret staying here!"

"This property did not honour the booking. I called the day before check in to confirm details and was told I had no booking and that Expedia didn’t call them. We found ourselves on Christmas eve away from home and without accommodation. The only response from the property representative was that she felt sorry for me but no responsibility was taken or offer to help. "
