I can save money by preparing my own meals. I came for the Taylor Swift concert and then stayed more than a week after the concert for sightseeing in the New Orleans area. Most of hotels were booked but this one was reasonably priced and was only about 12 miles from downtown New Orleans. There are fancier hotels in the area but...
