"While this property was very nice and a good location, poor communication from the property left us unable to access the property on the first day until that evening. They had mistakenly placed someone else in the unit and could not get in touch with him to get him to relocate. We stored luggage In another unit and were delayed In our plans. "This property was very cute and convenient. I did overall enjoy the stay in the apartment, but my sleep schedule was entirely dependent on my neighbors (who were renting the property next door). The apartment itself was clean, well decorated, and had everything I needed (BYOSoap though!). I was glad I could eat, sleep, and get ready there. I was able to iron my clothes, shower, and prepare my own food. That was great! And it’s only a few minutes from downtown, and 10-15 minutes from the French...

"This a beautiful and clean apartment in a quiet New Orleans neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants and Coffe shops in the neighborhood. Convenient location, it was easy to get to the French Quarter and all other attractions in the city. We were so happy to go back to such a nice, relaxing apartment after a day of sightseeing. "

"My husband, teen daughters and I had a great stay here. Communication was so great. A pdf arrived ahead of time with information about the house, neighborhood and things to explore in New Orleans. If you’re a light sleeper, take earplugs, sleep mask and/or white noise. The rooms are all pretty bright, and those close to the street are a little loud. We enjoyed the balcony, walked around a ton in the neighborhood and saw so much of NOLA from a great location."

"My family stayed at the apartment for my son's college graduation. The apartment was IDEALLY located. Easy, short walk to St. Charles trolley and Magazine Street. The surrounding neighborhood was charming, safe, clean and quiet. With a small grocery store right next door and a pharmacy across the street, as well as a fantastic creamery down the block, convenience was at our finger tips.
