"Swift and easy check-in. The family room had two bedrooms which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Could have done with a rubber bath mat but found out later we could have asked for one. Similarly de-caff tea and coffee I guess. "Central, no fuss self booking / arrival. Unaware when booking is a late night pub/ club alight noise was not that bad with ear plugs. Room lovely bar the strong dam smell. Luckily I had lavender oil to hand."
