"Everything was good"

"The handicap accessible rooms are not handicap accessible. Just doorbells and strobes. Everything else is standard and not accessible. Bathrooms ARE NOT handicap accessible as pictured online. It’s a shame, being that the hotel is relatively new. Showers have a few inch height from floor, and there are no grab handles or seating. There was urine from past guests on the floor around the toilet, making the floor sticky. "

"The room is fine except it looks like the lamps need dusting. The girl at the front desk was okay until she tossed my license or i.d. like she was playing cards. The room is fine and i was exhausted when I got here so within an hour, I was taking a nap. The bed is comfortable and i like the way the bed is made"

"People were great but there were some issues with our room that seemed unusual for a Hampton."

"Used by a lot of transient workers. Lobby shut off for protection of staff which was a red flag. Overall the room was clean, quiet inside but a lot of noise in the hallway and outside. Earplugs and added personal protection is recommended in my humble opinion. "

"Upon arrival the computer system was down and we were delayed to check in. However the gentleman at the front desk recognized we needed to be somewhere, he was able to fast track us to our room by confirming it was ready with other staff and manually taking my information. This was terrific service. The only complaint I have about this hotel was I reserved the room on the wrong date in error and I failed to see the print that that my reservation was non refundable even though I didn’t cancel, I...
