" I was beyond angry with my stay at this hotel. When I walked into my room, I found bed bugs everywhere. The room was super nasty and dirty, and it felt like no one cared about the basic needs of the guests. I couldn’t believe how poorly the room was kept. To make things even worse, I took clear pictures of the bed bugs and the filthy room, and I went straight to the management to ask for a refund. They refused to give me my money back, even with the proof right in front of them. Their attitude...
