"The hotel staff (Tory) was very nice and helpful. She appeared to be the only staff there most of the time. The hotel was in the process of renovation. The room appeared to be done, but the lobby was under construction. I wish Hotels.com had mentioned this. It resulted in several amenities being unavailable. However on the upside, the room was very fresh and beautifully clean. One or two things had not been installed correctly and I hope they check the rooms (I did report, i.e. the dead bolt...

"Roach in the bed with me. One crawling on the wall. Two under my hand towel laying on the vanity! Two crawling on the shower stall! This is just the ones i saw! Room 110."

"Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Had a handicapped room and liked the walk-in shower, but there was a large rust stain on the wall of the shower which needs to removed. Had a stopped up toilet and was provided a plunger for me to take care of it, which seemed a little unusual. Printer at computer desk for customers was not working, but employees did printout items we needed. Employee managing breakfast did a great job keeping things stocked and helping with any questions/problems....
