"We rented both Blue Hill Farm and The Lakeview Lodge. They are not on the same street but have a short marked path between them for easy back-and-forth—even for kids. The houses are perfectly decorated but not overdone, so we didn't worry about fragile items with younger kids. EVERY single bed was a comfortable Tempurpedic, it was almost hard to go home! "I stayed here with my sisters and our husbands to attend a wedding at The Barn at Lord Howe... The house was absolutely beautiful and met our needs perfectly. Located a mere 4 minute drive from the venue, the house was fully equipped and Evolve was phenomenal to work with during our stay. They provided tons of information on all the local sites and things to do in the area! Highly recommend!"

"Four brothers stayed here for a family event in Middlebury. Quick ride to the college. Easy to find! Very private! Massive and impressive Log Timber home but still welcoming. Well stocked with all we needed. Fun Great Room with big fireplace - perfect for telling stories and tall tales toasting with quality glassware. Plenty of hot water for simultaneous showers - very comfortable beds and linens. Fantastic lake views!! Would repeat ina heartbeat!"

Thr property owner did not send instructions to enter prior to arrival, but responded quickly and we were inside within 10 min. The wifi password would not work, so we used cell and downloaded movies nearby to watch on Kindle. The main bedroom was large with a couch or maybe a futon. "We had an amazing stay at Indian brook lodge with three families, six adults and seven kids all gathered together to enjoy the beautiful fall foliage in the Adirondacks. The house perched high in the pines, provided the perfect backdrop for our autumn vacation. "Place was great but owner should state upfront that there is no WIFI and NO cell service. Kind of needed the WiFi to plan out my vacation plans and not having ANY cell service whatsoever made that impossible. Place was In Great shape , VERY private , driveway was extremely steep making towing my trailer up it a little sketchy. But other than those two issues place was great! "
