It’s about halfway up the eastern side of the lake so it’s within an hour drive of anything you want to see in the area. Ticonderoga is the closest town and we found a great natural food store as well as the bagel and coffee shop. The property is clean and comfortable with ample sleeping space for a bigger party. "Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities...
