"I had room 201 and the key cards didn't unlock the room door unless you used a special technique that the front desk staff showed me. The card had to be moved slowly with pressure applied to one side, just enough to bend the card, but not too much. It was finicky, much more than key card door locks at other hotels I've stayed at. The staffer who helped me was used to helping people that stayed in that room, and had watched me try a few times on the hall camera before coming up to help. He didn't...

"I am a patient at Mayo and the fact that the Inn offers a free Uber ride to the Clinic was a real surprise and a plus. In addition, the Inn was almost half the price of hotels in downtown Rochester - for a facility that is at least as good. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back."
