"The staff at this location, along with the food at the cafe, make it my best hotel stay in my 7 days in Switzerland! Small and right next to Old Town it's a perfect spot for a quiet stay. The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations. The soup and salad "snack" at 4 PM was one of the highlights of my trip, so delicious! The breakfast that is included has incredible scrambled eggs and yummy breads and jams. Small room but it was just me, so it was perfect. The only thing I noted...

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"For the price and location near Interlaken stations, this property was good. We were there to hike the mountains not to stay indoors. The location above a several restaurants was noisy at night and near construction in the morning. Usual city inconveniences. "

"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"Great place to stay for a quick overnight in Interlaken prior to an early morning Jungfraujoch trip. We are a family of 4 and booked a quad family room. Great room, comfortable beds. The shower does not have a separate shower area so it was hard not to soak the whole room, but otherwise room was great. The fan was much appreciated on the hot day. We had an outstanding fondue dinner at the restaurant onsite. Great place to stay, would recommend."

"Let's start by saying that this is a hostel, so amenities are limited and comfort is just ok. That said, this is an awesome place to stay. We added the meal at night--excellent and parking. Staff was very pleasant and helped us understand how to navigate the stay."
