"Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. "stayed overnight for events at the port tower park. everything i needed to go to was walking distance. the room was clean and a little more spacious than other business hotels. my request for high floor rom was granted. and also, they let me check-in 30minutes earlier for free of charge. amenities were not fully provided. no free bottled water, no ice machine. no free hotel parking but there are alot of 500yen coin parking around the hotel."

"This was our fourth time staying at a R9 The Yard Hotel. We found them all great. What we liked most about this one was we had 2 beds. The space is a little tight but worth it for us. They offer you a free frozen meal for each person at check in plus they also have free coffee available 24/7 in the office. Each room has a fridge, mircrowave and kettle."
